Grace is defined as “the love and kindness God gives to people.”
God’s grace extends to everyone. Every human being can accept the grace God offers.
We gain invaluable knowledge when we study and apply ourselves to learn about Jesus’ life, love, sacrifice, death, and resurrection. When we immerse ourselves in His Word, asking Him to fill us with His Spirit, we grow more and more like Him — which allows us to grow closer to God.
Being a child of God gifts you with a double privilege. First, you are able to grow in God’s grace, discerning more and more of His character as you accept more and more of His love and kindness. But you are also blessed with the ability to apply your intellect to increase your knowledge of Jesus.
Accepting Jesus as your Savior means that eternity is now yours. You can begin to experience God’s grace and learn certain facts about Jesus now, because even forever won’t be long enough to fully comprehend Christ’s glory and grace.
Prayer
Gracious God, Thank You for Your love and kindness. Please bless my thoughts as I study to learn more about You. Help me to give You all the glory. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
